GTM Tools

The tools that run
our engines.

Hundreds of millions of emails sent, engines running for clients every day. This is the exact stack behind it.

Don't want to run all this yourself?

We build and run the whole stack for B2B companies: your market mapped, outreach running, meetings on your calendar.

Questions about the stack

Do you actually use all of these?

Yes. Every tool on this page runs inside client engines every day, and we're certified in several of them. Nothing here is listed because it's trendy. If a tool stops earning its place in the stack, it comes off the page.

Do I need all 12 tools to run outbound?

No. A working cold email motion needs four things: sending domains and mailboxes (Zapmail), a sending platform (Instantly), data (AI Ark plus an email finder), and somewhere to track pipeline (HubSpot). The rest compound results, but they come later, not on day one.

What order should I set things up in?

Infrastructure first, always. New domains and mailboxes need two to three weeks of warmup before they can carry real volume. While they warm, map your market and build lists. Then launch sending, and add the signal layer once the base motion is running.

Why two email finders?

Coverage. No single provider finds every address. Chaining BetterContact and Prospeo in a waterfall pushes match rates far above any one source, and built-in verification keeps bounce rates low, which is what protects deliverability at volume.

What do the signal tools actually change?

Timing. Trigify, Warmly and PredictLeads tell you who is engaging, visiting or changing right now, so outreach lands while a company is in motion instead of at random. On our engines, the warmest replies consistently come from signal-triggered plays.

How do these tools connect together?

Everything meets in Clay. Signals flow in from Trigify, Warmly and PredictLeads, accounts get qualified and personalized in Clay, sending goes out through Instantly and HeyReach on Zapmail infrastructure, and results land in the CRM. One flow, no CSVs passed around.
